Distribution
A key component of CCUE will be distribution. A focus on the infrastructure that brings food to our tables will enable CCUE to (1) create a market for CCUE's goods, and thus a source of income for the project as a whole and those who staff it; (2) create partnering opportunities for other producers such as Illinois farmers, who are seeking to broaden their own customer base and thus will benefit from the system that WCUE puts in place; and (3) provide valuable opportunities to educate consumers about the benefits of buying local and eating healthy foods.
